Apu is the Indian owner of the local Kwik-E-Mart and is there most of the time. He has been shot numerous times, mostly by Snake, so much so that the fine for shooting him is now only $100. He sells bad products, and has a garden on the roof where he grows plants and talks to vegetarians.
