[edit] Season 01

The first DVD of The Simpsons features the most crudely animated Simpson shows ever. This DVD introduced the new and unique feature of having a commentary on every episode, usually by the producers or writers of the episode that is being worked on. Matt Groening appears on every commentary and other developer Jim Brooks appears on a few. Although they may not be the nicely drawn episodes you are used to, this set contains all-time classics and is an excellent way to look at the beginning of The Simpsons.

[edit] Season 02
