Itchy is the murderous mouse that stars on Bart and Lisa's favorite cartoon, The Itchy and Scratchy Show. Itchy constantly mutilates Scratchy in different and various ways.

The Itchy & Scratchy Show has a slight Tom and Jerry style to it; the mouse which causes constant torment to the cat. Itchy & Scratchy International is the company which produces the show, founded by Roger Meyers Sr., in which after his son, Roger Meyers Jr. took over.
