Ned Flanders

Ned Flanders is a overly-happy man who happens to be Homer's neighbor. Ned is a devout Christian, and Homer finds him annoying, mainly because he is a bit better off than Homer. Homer enjoys using Ned's stuff, and people often use's Ned's faith against him. His kids are named Rod and Todd, and his wife Maude, who ends up passing away later on in the middle seasons.

He often sticks "diddly" and "doodily" to his words and sentences, and with other noticeable traits, it makes him come across as a happy-go-lucky guy. He also comes across as insecure, and quite a pushover due to his highly good attitude. Although when it comes to religious matters, the man will definitely stand his ground.
