Scratchy is the victim of every one of Itchy's schemes on The Itchy and Scratchy Show, Bart and Lisa's favorite cartoon.

The Itchy & Scratchy Show has a slight Tom and Jerry style to it; the mouse which causes constant torment to the cat. Itchy & Scratchy International is the company which produces the show, founded by Roger Meyers Sr., in which after his son, Roger Meyers Jr. took over.
