Waylon Smithers is the Camp/Gay longterm assistant of Mr Burns, He has a giant crush on his boss and has many fantasies of a sexual nature about him. His start-up screen of his computer features a naked Mr Burns making sexual innuendos towards Smithers. He has appeared in a Broadway play based on the doll Malibu Stacey.
